The following are basic routes on which buses operate in periods of ice and snow. Because of variable conditions from one period of inclement weather to another, we recommend that you call or e-mail us to confirm the route. E-mail requests are monitored between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. You may reach us by telephone at 375-1163, 375-1165, or 375-6717 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on snow/ice days.

Route # 1 Pulaski Heights
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Reg. Rte. to 2nd to Cross, left on Cross, right on 3rd, regular route to Kavanaugh & University. Left on University, left on "R", left on Grant, right Kavanaugh. End of Line.

Inbound:
Regular Route.

Route # 2 South Main
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Reg. Rte. to 23rd & State, left on State, left on 28th to Arch. End of line.

Inbound:
To Pulaski Heights: Left on Arch, right on 23rd, left on Main, Reg. Rte to Travel Center. End of line.

Route # 3 Baptist Medical Center
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Reg. Rte to 12th & University, continue 12th to regular route to Wal-Mart. (If Kanis hill is closed, the dispatcher will notify. Right on Rodney Parham to 1-630 West, exit at BMC, right on Lile, left on Med. Ctr. Drive, right on Kanis to Wal-Mart, End of Line.

Inbound:
From Wal-Mart. Regular route to BMC. If Kanis hill is closed, the dispatcher will notify. Take 1-630 East. Exit and right on Rodney Parham, left on 12th, to Hughes, Continue 12th, left on Battery, regular route to Travel Center. End of line.

Route # 4 Levy - Amboy
Outbound:
From the Travel Center – Levy. Reg. Rte. to Camp Robinson & Lindenhurst, Continue Camp Robinson to Latona, right on Latona, right on Meadowbrook, right on Tanglewood to Camp Robinson. End of Line

Inbound:
Mid-Day -. Left on Camp Robinson, right on 47th, left on Allen, right on Camp Robinson, Reg. Rte. to Travel Center.

Outbound:
AM & PM Peak - Amboy: Reg. Rte to Camp Robinson & Lindenhurst, Continue Camp Robinson to Latona, right on Latona, right on Meadowbrook, right on Tanglewood to Camp Robinson. Left on Camp Robinson, right on 47th, left on Pike, right on Parkway, right on Military, cross MacArthur 3 blocks to Amboy Methodist Church on left. Turn around in lot. End of line.

Route # 5 West Markham
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Reg. Rte to 6th & Broadway, right on Broadway, left on 3rd street, continue to Markham, continue Markham, left on Chenal, right on Bowman, right into Drive by Taco Bell, circle lot right to bus stop at Wal-Mart. End of Line.

Inbound:
Reg. Rte to Markham & Hughes, continue Markham to 3rd, right on Broadway, left on 4th, Reg. Rte. to Travel Center.

Route # 6 Granite Mountain
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Reg. Rte. to Springer & California, continue Springer but do not go as far as Detroit, turn right into empty lot next to the church and turn around. End of line.

Inbound:
Left on Springer to Confederate, Reg. Rte. to Travel Center. End of line.

Outbound:
Ffrom Travel Center. Reg. Rte. to Markham & Kavanaugh, continue Markham, right on Rodney Parham, left on Green Mountain, left on Rainwood. End of line.

Reg. Rte. to Markham & Mississippi, continue Markham to 3rd, Reg. Rte. to Travel Center. End of line.
Route # 9 West Central/Barrow Road
Route will not serve Mid-Town, or Barrow road between Markham and 36th Street. From 36th & Barrow, east on 36th, to Col. Glenn right on Col. Glenn, right on Shackleford, right on 36th to Barrow, and continue the route described above.

Route # 10 McCain Mall
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Regular route to Baptist Memorial & back to McCain Mall. (Do not go into the mall). End of line. (If McCain Blvd. is closed off @ JFK, Continue JFK, right on Lakeview, & left on McCain).

Inbound:
Continue McCain, regular route to Travel Center. End of line. (If McCain Blvd. is closed off to JFK, right on Lakeview, left on JFK back to McCain).

Route # 11 Martin Luther King
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Regular route to 24th & MLK, Continue MLK, right on 33rd, left on Bishop, left on 34th to MLK. End of Line.

Inbound:
Regular Route to Travel Center.

Route # 12 Airport/Presidential Library (Regular route in & Outbound)

Route # 13 Pulaski Tech
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Regular route to 18th & Pike, Continue Pike, left on Pershing, con't Pershing up hill to rear gate of Fort Roots. Right on Cypress, left on 4th, continue 4th, left on Pine, "between Building #66 & 68", Continue Pine under the two wooden archways and continue to the bus pullout just past the covered walkway. End of line.

Inbound:
Continue Pine, left on 1st., right on Pershing to Pershing Extended. (Do not go by Pulaski Tech or into Sara Daisy Gardens.) Continue Pershing Extended, right on Pike, left on 4th, regular route to Travel Center. End of line.

Route # 14 Rosedale
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Regular route to Charles Bussey & MLK, left on MLK, right on Roosevelt, Continue Roosevelt to regular route to The Cottages, DO NOT ENTER THE COTTAGES continue 36th, right on Shackleford to Wal-Mart. End of line.

Inbound:
Regular route to Roosevelt & Schiller, except DO NOT ENTER THE COTTAGES continue Roosevelt to MLK, left on MLK, right on Charles Bussey, regular route to Travel Center. End of line.

Route # 15 Sixty-Fifth Street

Route # 16 U.A.L.R.
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Regular route to 25th & Lewis, continue Lewis, right on 29th, left on Fair Park and right on 32nd. Right on E. Campus Drive, left on 28th, left on W. Campus Drive to bus stops at 32nd. End of line.

Inbound:
Left on 32nd, left on Fair Park to 29th, right on 29th, left on Lewis, right on 22nd, left on Pine, right on Charles Bussey. Regular route to Travel Center. End of Line.

Route # 17 Mabelvale - Downtown
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Regular route to 7th & Marshall, left on Marshall, right on 1-630 W. Exit on S. University to Mabelvale Pike, Continue University, Left on Forbing, right on Geyer Springs, right on Baseline to Chicot, continue Baseline to left 2nd drive to Wal-Mart to the front of the store.

Inbound:
Continue drive back to Baseline, right on Baseline, left on Geyer Springs, left on Forbing, right on University, right on 1-630 E. Exit Marshall & continue to left on MLK, to Woodlane, right on 4th, regular route to Travel Center. End of Line.

Route # 18 McAlmont
Outbound:
From Travel Center. Regular route to Bethany & Hwy 161, Left on Hwy 161 to Harris Elementary School. Turn-around. End of Line.

Inbound:

If I-440 is blocked, exit and left on Roosevelt, to the Airport and regular route back to the Airport and use Roosevelt Road back to I-30.

Route # 21 University Avenue
(North-End Only) Outbound from Travel Center. Regular route to Old Cantrell & Magnolia. End of Line.

Inbound:
Right on Magnolia, right on Lilac Terrace, right on Rebsamen Park, left on Cedar Hill, regular route to Travel Center.

(South-End Only) Outbound from St. Vincent's Hospital, continue through St. Vincent’s, left on University, left on 28th, regular route to Asher & Bryant. End of Line.

Inbound:
Regular route to University & 6th, continue University to Markham, right on Markham, right St. Vincent Drive. End of line.

Route # 22 Mabelvale Mid-Town
Continue through St. Vincent’s, left on Markham, left on University, regular route to Baseline & Chicot, continue Baseline to left on 2nd drive to Wal-Mart to the front of the store. End of line.

Inbound:
From Wal-Mart: Continue drive back to Baseline, regular route to University & 6th, continue University to Markham, right on Markham, right St. Vincent Drive, circle. End of line.

Route # 23 Baseline Southwest

Right on I-30. Exit and left on Geyer Springs, right on Baseline to your regular outbound route. Inbound, regular route to RCTC.
