Bus Advertising | Naming Rights - Streetcar System Sponsorship Program - Streetcar System Procurement and ContractsINVITATION FOR BIDSCAT Procurement Ads CAT advertises procurements of $25,000 and over in the Legal Notices section of the local newspaper of largest circulation, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Ads have also run in the local minority-owned newspaper of largest circulation, the State Press. CAT promotes full and open competition of all its procurements. Procurements Less Than $25,000 CAT solicits either verbal/phone or written quotes, depending upon the dollar value of the product or service being procured. Verbal/phone quotes are solicited for products or services between $750.01 and $5,000. Written quotes are solicited for products or services between $5,001 and $25,000. Procurements of $25,000 or More On purchases of $25,000 and above, CAT follows a formal procurement process. Procurements are advertised in the newspaper, and bids are publicly opened on the advertised opening date.
