Curb-to-Curb ServiceOur drivers provide curb-to-curb service and will assist riders to and from the Links vehicle upon request. In order to give door-to-door assistance to persons using wheelchairs, ground surfaces must be stable and ramps in compliance with ADA requirements.Links drivers may enter a commercial building lobby to assist a rider to the vehicle, but are not permitted to enter a residence. Drivers are not permitted to pick up or carry packages. ELIGIBILITY 
Persons who are certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as having disabilities are eligible to use Links. The service is available to persons whose disability prevents them from riding fixed-route buses. In order to qualify for service, the applicant and the applicant's health-care provider must complete the Links application form. Application forms are available from the Links office at CAT, 901 Maple St. in North Little Rock. Or you may call Links at 501/375-9607; TDD 501/375-9608 to have the form mailed to you. You may also e-mail your request or questions to info@cat.org.
