UALR Task Force Report On CATIn response to requests from the local governments in Pulaski County and from the Transit Authority Board, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock undertook a six month independent review of the state of public transportation in central Arkansas.Their final report, "A Call for Regional Leadership: Public Transit in Central Arkansas," can be downloaded here. The Transit Authority is committed to addressing the recommendations of the study that pertain to it, but it is the community at large that must take a hard look at the conclusions and recommendations and decide for itself how it wants to fund and operate public transportation in the coming years.
